You may have noticed a renewed enthusiasm in our movement over the past year or so. In fact the Ultreya and events calendar has been filled for 2020 already!
Cursillo is alive and growing in the Grand Rapids Diocese.
Ultreya is a chance to (re)connect with the Cursillo
Community living our 4th day.
We begin by celebrating Mass together followed by sharing a potluck dinner, fellowship, and reunion among the Cursillistas and guests. We listen to a spiritual talk and a testimony of someone’s 4th Day. If you play a musical instrument, please bring that along with you. We will join together in song.
Finally, Thank You to those of you who arranged to host Ultreyas and events at your parish.
We have posted some suggested guidelines for anyone giving the Lay Whitness Talk at Ultreya. You can find those on the "Resources" page.
If you have any questions about the Ultreya or hosting an Ultreya, please contact Sue Towery, Post-Cursillo Coordinator, at or (call or text).
So mark your calendars and please come join us at our next Ultreya!
